Guide for the Swedish payment form 

The payment form is (unfortunately) in Swedish.  

Here follows an English translation, and instructions for how to fill out the form.

Slide 1

• Select the number of participants and click "Boka" (book).

Period = period
Plats = place

Veckodag = weekday

Tid = time

Tillfällen = the number of conference days

Lediga platser = available seats

Slide 2 - Beställarens uppgifter = The customer's personal data

• Check the box "Saknar svenskt personnummer" (Missing Swedish social security number) if it matches you.

• Fill in the following information (all fields are mandatory):
  
  Födelsedatum = Date of birth
  Kön: Kvinna, Man, Annat = Gender: Female, Male, Other?
  Förnamn, Efternamn, Adress, Postnummer, land, Ort, E-post, Mobil = First name, Last name, Address, Postal code, country, City, E-mail, Telephone number.
  Ange lösenord = Choose a Password. It needs to contain at least 6 characters.
  
  

• Samtycke = consent. Fill in the box "Pushnotiser" (push notifications).

Slide 3 - Slutför beställning - Complete the order

• Check the information and fill in the box "Jag är deltagare" (I am a participant).

• Click on "Fortsätt" (continue) to proceed to the last slide where you confirm the booking.

Slide 4 - Kontrollera uppgifter och slutför - Check details and complete the order

• Choose payment method

• Check the box Read and accept booking/purchase conditions

• Click finish and pay
